I’ve just been clearing out old emails and I tripped over this fine piece of work from Fring. They were offering an incredible service: “SEE your Dad this Father’s Day with Fring.” Well that would be fairly nifty as my Dad died twenty years ago.
It does beg the question about how to target such specific propositions as Father’s Day, Mother’s Day etc.
I sense that most people forgive this kind of inappropriate messaging, I know I did. Actually it made me chuckle. But I guess some would take a fairly dim view.
