2 August 2003- Xtreme Battle of the Bands. This event is part of the Basingstoke Festival and is sponsored by the Basingstoke Observer newspaper. There are two contests: one for under 18s and one for over 18s. The line-up is U18s Rocket Kid + No Talent Joe + Corduroy + The Conspiracy Theory + All Tied Up + Maisy and Over 18s Bill Knows All + Fixated + The Misnomer + Sucka

13 July 2003 – Battle of the Bands. This event was scheduled to take place at Drakes Bar in Basingstoke. The venue has cancelled the event. Therefore, this competition will now take place on the Xtreme stage as part of the Basingstoke Festival.
