Most of the progress in B2B marketing doesn’t come from big rebrands or new platforms. It comes from tiny, unglamorous tweaks we ship quietly in the background.
This week, I’ve been asking people one question: “What is one small change you could make in the next 24 hours that would make life easier for your buyers?”
It might be:
- Sharpening one email subject line
- Making a single CTA clearer
- Turning one blog into three smaller posts
- Recording a 90‑second video answering a common question
None of these will win an award on their own. But stacked over weeks and months, they’re often what move the numbers.
What’s one small marketing win you could ship before tomorrow?
