Well done The Conran Shop

Eleven years ago, in 2000, we bought loads of plates and crockery from The Conran Shop. As is the way of these things a number of these plates broke over the years.

Imagine my suprise and delight when:

a) The Conran Shop still range exactly the same items.
b) They had them in stock.
c) There was no queue and the service was excellent.
d) They accepted 11 year old gift vouchers to buy them the replacements.

The experience could have only been bettered if they had carried my purchases to the car. Perhaps I should have asked.
