Here’s another newsletter, this time from Reading Borough Council, that made laugh. They don’t usually. 

This one included a bit about the changing of bin collection dates. Not only did it now tell the residents of Reading what the new dates where, it was a teaser for what was to come. What a waste of time.

The funny element was that, “the dates will be revealed in the bin calendar mailing arriving within the next week.” Ridiculous. I’m sure Reading was on the edge of their seats waiting. Was there an event to reveal the dates I wonder?
